Its compact design, CAN bus communication, and scalability make it ideal for utility-scale solar storage and microgrid applications.

Product Details

The MXC1500100B is a high-performance 100kW bidirectional DC/DC power module engineered for high-voltage DC applications. With an input voltage range of 1040Vdc-1500Vdc and an output range of 800Vdc-850Vdc, it provides flexible power conversion for solar-plus-storage systems, DC bus architectures, and microgrids. The module features air cooling and weighs less than 20kg, offering an ultra-high power density (>110W/in³) and superior efficiency (>98.5%) within a compact footprint of 345×500×87mm, making it suitable for cabinet integration and parallel system expansion.

For control and protection, the MXC1500100B supports CAN bus communication, ensuring seamless system integration and remote monitoring. Its precise regulation achieves ±0.5% voltage accuracy and ±1% current accuracy, enabling stable and reliable energy transfer. With current imbalance ≤5% and low ripple (<1%), the module enhances operational safety and extends battery lifecycle. A gluing process is applied for superior insulation, dust and moisture resistance, and improved thermal performance. Designed to operate in harsh environments, it supports a wide temperature range of -40ºC to +75ºC (derating above 50ºC) and altitude up to 2000m (derating above 2000m).
